To update your list of domains you can simply upload a new version every day and the system will import the new domains.
There are 2 ways to provide the csv file. Via SFTP or upload via the UI.
Please see below for the 2 different methods and formats.
1) For SFTP users:
The format of the CSV file can be found below.

Note:
- Every file uploaded should contain the complete list of domain names as domain names not included will be deleted.
-
All column names must be present in the CSV file, even if the corresponding row cells are empty.
- The domain_name field is mandatory, the rest of the fields are optional.
-
Fields must be enclosed with double quotes (“)
-
IDN domain name must be identified in the Punycode/ASCII format (xn--)
- Domain names should be in lowercase
-
If a field contains characters other than a-z, 0-9 it should be encapsulated using quotation marks.
-
The reseller_id and reseller_name fields should only be used after iQ Customer Service has enabled Reseller Support.
2) For users who upload the file via the UI:
Files should be formatted to have one domain name per line.
Internationalized domain names (IDN) need to be converted to their ACE (ASCII Compatible Encoding) string before they are included in an upload.
The file upload feature can process vast amounts of domain names in one file, but the import may take anywhere from a few seconds up to one hour dependant on the size of the file.
Once the upload has been processed, the domain names will be included in the zone view and scanned for abuse.
