If DNS data has been disabled, you can re-enable it in 2 ways.

 

Global Setting

If you want to enable DNS information for all cases:

  1. Click your avatar at the top right
  2. Click  "Show DNS information"


Individual Setting

If you want to enable DNS information for a specific case:

  • Navigate to a domain's case view
  • Scroll down to "DNS Information"
  • Click the switch to enable DNS information.
