Changing your scan interval

iQ receives updates to most threat feeds every hour. The default scan interval in iQ Abuse Manager is 24 hours. In order to be alerted to any new abuse threats more frequently, you can change the scan interval period. You can select a shorter interval between scans by changing the Scan Interval. Abuse Manager will then check your domains at the selected new scan interval period against the threat feeds. Options include once every 24, 12, 6, 3 or hourly

To change your scan interval, follow the steps below.
Be aware that additional charges apply to change a scan interval.

Click "Settings" in the main navigation menu
Click "Scanning"
Click "New Interval"
Select your preferred scan interval
Confirm the scan interval
Click "Change Interval"
