Our rules engine lets you to create rulesets based on various criteria such as:

  • threat source
  • threat category
  • ...and more.

The rulesets then perform a desired action, such as:

  • assign the case to specific agents
  • send an emails
  • set case priority
  • send data to an external system (e.g. help desk)
  • ...and much more.

Freeing up your team’s time to get one with building your business!

To access this functionality:

  • Click "Settings" 
  • Click "Ruleset

From here you can create rulesets to act upon cases in the ways that fit your anti-abuse workflows.
