Our rules engine lets you to create rulesets based on various criteria such as:
- threat source
- threat category
- ...and more.
The rulesets then perform a desired action, such as:
- assign the case to specific agents
- send an emails
- set case priority
- send data to an external system (e.g. help desk)
- ...and much more.
Freeing up your team’s time to get one with building your business!
To access this functionality:
- Click "Settings"
- Click "Ruleset"
From here you can create rulesets to act upon cases in the ways that fit your anti-abuse workflows.
